Ibrahim claims discussions for an independent valuation and potential buyout of her shares had stalled prior to her legal action. Both Stefanovic and Ibrahim hold significant 45% shares in the company, established in February, with the remaining 10% held by Stefanovic's advisor, Anthony Bell.
Further complicating matters, sources indicate that the controversial interview with Tommy Robinson, which was promptly removed from streaming platforms, became a central point of contention. Stefanovic reportedly suggested Ibrahim was responsible for securing network approval for the interview, a claim vehemently denied by Ibrahim's camp. They assert that Stefanovic himself was keen on the interview and solely responsible for his editorial choices.
